AthleticsLog.com Exercise Work and Power Calculator

These work and power calculators are free for your use. You can determine an estimated work and power output for any workout using this tool. Calculating work and power allows you to compare results from two disparate workouts. Given a similar time domain power and work should be comparable. Progress of any athlete can be measured by comparing work and power output over time. If this capacity is increasing then generally the athletes performance is improving.
